Returns / Exchanges
TINLEY Laityn is committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We’ll do everything in our power to make it right <3
Please note the following:
- We may offer exchanges or store credit under the following circumstances:
- An item received was damaged (damaged item must be returned for exchange to be processed).
- An incorrect item was sent (incorrect item must be returned for an exchange to be processed).
- Contact should be made immediately to email@example.com if there are any problems upon receipt of merchandise.
- All items must be returned to us within 7 days from receipt of purchase.
- All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached in original packaging.
- Items can be exchanged for a different size and/or style (if available) or a store credit will be issued to apply toward a future purchase.
- We strongly recommend you ship your return to us using a shipping method that is insurable and/or trackable, as we cannot provide proper credit or exchange for non-receipt of returns. We will not be responsible for the charges incurred to ship product back for returns. For shipment address information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.
