Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class and Priority Mail (based on weight, destination and availability). Insurance is not included, if you would like insurance added to your shipment, please notify us via email immediately after placing your order. Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify payment and/or shipment information. Please allow 7-12 business days for receipt of your order after the date you placed the order if product is in stock. Please see Pre-Order Policy below for shipment information for pre-order merchandise.
Please note shipping and handling fees incurred to return and/or exchange your item are non-refundable if an item is returned or exchanged.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. These items are ordered and reserved for you. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We will ship them to you as soon as they arrive in our store. All shipment time frames are different specific to each item and will be posted in each item description.
If for any reason pre-order merchandise is not available (for example, the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style or do not ship us that style for any reason) or if it does not arrive within our store within 30 days of the expected shipping date, we will cancel your order if you wish and offer you a full refund on the pre-ordered merchandise.
